KATIE O’NEIL, DIRECTOR & FOUNDER
Katie has a passion for the safety, love, and care of little ones and others who are the most vulnerable among us. She is a licensed foster care provider in Hennepin County & actively seeks to make known the needs of the young ones in foster care & those who have been adopted.
Katie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and works in Minneapolis as an ICU nurse. In her free time, Katie loves hiking up the North Shore, catching a plane for a weekend getaway, or staying home with Netflix or a good book!
KATE SINARATH, SECRETARY
Kate is passionate about bringing awareness to those that might be overlooked in our society through education and experience. Kate graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota in Child Psychology. Currently she works with adults with disabilities to be as independent as they can be in the community.
Kate spends her free time reading, playing video games, making art and spending time with her husband, dog, cat, and friends & family.

DEBBIE BRUNN, BOARD CHAIR
Debbie brings her administrative and planning skills from her experience as an operations manager at a local company, as well as a passion for teens in the foster care system, to help Foster the Love MN continue to thrive as a company and serve the foster community.
Her passion for kids in foster care was ignited at a young age from her times playing with kids in orphanages while growing up in Cuenca, Ecuador and culminated to her and her husband adopting their son from the Minnesota foster care system in 2018.
When not working Debbie can be found watching and occasionally playing fortnite with her son, going to local breweries or new restaurants with her husband, or taking her dog for walks.
